At GenZ Vibe, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, weβre here to help.
Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges (Size or Defective Item)
We offer easy exchanges in the following situations:

β’ Damaged product
β’ Printing defect
To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
β’ Products that have been worn or washed
β’ Items without original tags or packaging
β’ Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
Refunds
Refunds are only processed if:
β’ The product is damaged or defective
β’ The wrong product was delivered
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
